Methodology
We conducted comprehensive user research, including usability testing and user interviews, to gain valuable insights and inform our design process.
Research & Findings
From conducting 7 user interviews and asking 12 questions, we gathered valuable insights.

-
Users rely on physical documentation for medication records instead of health apps.
-
Elderly family members find health apps and websites confusing and seek assistance for doctor appointments.
-
Existing apps and websites are perceived as complex, with small font sizes causing frustration.
-
Users desire a simplified app for doctor appointments, medication record-keeping, and prescription management.
